  2. 2.      Rich with protein food. The majority of people get not enough rich with protein food. But it is the protein that is responsible for the hair state, skin elasticity and fresh looking. Therefore, the high-quality and low-cal protein is a great choice!  Use chicken, fish and mollusks for food. However, be careful with red meat as it may provoke skin inflammation and eruption in people with a problem skin. It is 100 gr. of the protein that is recommended for daily using.
  3. 3.      Dairy produce using should be decreased. Dairy produce is rather slow digested by human organism; moreover, it is an acid-forming food.  Our skin state directly depends on our internal state. When your organism tries to digest food rich in protein of animal nature, your organism manages in ‘waste products’ eduction not well and these products will be digested through the skin in the form of acne. Moreover diary produce, as well as red meat, contains a number of hormones, which are undesirable for people with a problem skin, as it may provoke acne appearance.
  4. 4.      Caffeine taking should be decreased. Caffeine increases the number of stress hormones thereby provoking acne appearance. Drink less coffee, tea, chocolate and other caffeine comprising drinks. You should prefer hot herbaceous beverages without any caffeine in them to tea.
  5. 5.      More water! Try to drink water as more as possible. It is normal to have 2 – 3 litres of water daily. Acne (also pores embolism and skin eruption) may be caused by the reason of skin dehydration.
  6. 6.      Carbohydrates and sugar taking should be reduced to minimum. Recent researching result in the following: pure carbohydrates (long loaf, pasta, white rice, flour) and sugar taking may lead to insulin level increasing and to IGF (insulin-like growth factor). It, for its turn, may lead to male hormones level enhancement in the human body provoking pore embolism, pimples appearance and so on.
  7. 7.      Complex of vitamins and minerals. It is difficult to get all the necessary vitamins, minerals and nutrient elements for out healthy skin state. Anyway, even if we keep vigilant over our ration and regularly have only ‘right’ food, we are not protected of acne appearance. One of its causes may be a long-time antibiotics taking.  Therefore, healthful food supplements and microelements should be taken with your food.
  8. 8.      Eat more honey, onions, artichokes and bananas! These foods promote the ‘health-giving’ bacteria reproduction in the human body. Such a food is especially useful after a long-time antibiotics taking; antibiotics are known to affect the stomach bacterial medium.
